CONSTITUTION: A composition obtained by dispersing and incorporating a metallic salt of 7,7,8.8-tetracyanoquinodimethane in an amount of 0.5W10wt% in an insulating polymer. The incorporating operation is carried out by mixing a solvent capable of dissolving only the metallic salt with a resin melt or forming a uniform mixture solution with a solvent capable of dissolving both. Dimethylformamide or dichloromethane is preferred as the solvent.
