Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a noise due to external magnetic flux, by charging the opening part of a case, which contains a magnetic head element body, with an adhesive obtained by adding magnetic fine grains with high magnetic permeability to resin. CONSTITUTION:In a shielded case 5 made of permalloy, etc., a magnetic head element body is stored, and a holder 6 made of an adhesive, such as epoxy resin, is injected into the shielded case. Consequently, the magnetic head element body is held surrounded with the holder 6. Terminals 7a-7d are covered previously with tubes 8a-8d made of electric insulators, and the holder 6 is cured to bond and fix the magnetic head element body and insulating tubes. Then, an adhesive is obtained by adding magnetic fine grains, which have high magnetic permeability and low coercive force like permalloy or sendust, to epoxy resin and charged into the opening part of the rear part of the shielded case 5 as an adhesive 9 for shielding.
