Abstract
PURPOSE:To make excellent rolling by subtracting an error due to roll bending from actually measured rolling pressure measured by a rolling pressure measuring device and thereby removing errors in plate thickness. CONSTITUTION:To remove an error due to roll bending force from rolling pressure measured by a rolling pressure measuring device 6, the reference value of bending force set by the setting device 13 of a roll bending device is subtracted. By making this value a feedback value of a BISRA controling device 9, the rolling reduction of oil pressure pressing device becomes equal to the original value normally even when roll bending force is applied. Accordingly, occurrence of errors in plate thickness can be prevented.
