Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable an incineration of waste materials under the most preferable operating condition by a method wherein a volume of consumption of oil in the bed is applied as a signal, a temperature in the tower, a height of the bed, a temperature of the waste gas, a changing-over of the bypassing in the heat exchanger and a volume of extracted fluidized medium are controlled. CONSTITUTION:Temperature in the bed and a temperature in the vacant tower are set in advance, a volume of oil supplied in the bed to be measured by a flow meter 2a is applied as a signal, a height of the bed is controlled in response to a condition whether the temperature in the thermometer 1g for the vacant tower is high or low and then whether the value of NOX in the NOX meters 5b and 9a in the exhaust gas is high or low and further a volume of supplying ash of heavy oil is varied. Water is injected from the injection nozzle 25a to decrease a temperature of the exhaust gas and the exhaust gas is made to be flowed through the bypassing pipe 26 bypassed around the heat exchanger 6. These controlling operations are performed by a control box 18.
