Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable easy conveying-out at an optional place, by moving a truck having a cargo bed provided with doors on both the sides, on horizontal rails and by tilting only the cargo bed at a convey-out section.
CONSTITUTION: A track 1 is composed of a pair of outer rails 11 and inner guide rails 12. A cargo bed 16 is supported with a shaft on a truck 15 which is moved on the track 1. The cargo bed 16 can be tilted. Wall plates 25 are set up on the front and rear ends of the cargo bed 16. Door plates 27 are mounted with support shafts 26 on both the sides of the cargo bed 16 so that the door plates can be opened and closed. When guide rollers 38 are engaged with rails 43 and the cargo bed 16 is tilted, the doors 27 are opened to unload the cargo from the bed. Since the truck 15 is coupled to the cargo bed 16, the cargo can optionally be unloaded to a prescribed placed on the track 1. Because the cargo is unloaded by tilting the cargo bed 16, without tilting the truck 15 and the track 1, the structure is not complicated.
