Abstract
PURPOSE:To radiate heat of an ion laser tube making a refrigerant of water, etc., to be unnecessitated by a method wherein a hollow tube is constituted of an insulating material having large intensity against impact of ions, and heat pipes are arranged in the hollow tube. CONSTITUTION:The plasma fine tube 3 is provided between a cathode 1 and an anode 2, and Brewster windows 4, 4' a cathode bulb 8, and an anode bulb 9 are provided at both the ends of the fine tube 3 thereof. At the plasma fine tube 3 to constitute the discharging path, plural fine tubes 10 formed with a high heat transmitting electric insulator of beryllia porcelain, etc., are inserted in a tube 5' manufactured with quartz glass to constitute a vacuum package, and moreover heat pipes 20 consisting of outside cylinders manufactured with a metal are arranged as to come in contact with the inside walls of the fine tube 10.
