When the microprocessor 2' accesses the common memory 3', it is detected by an address decoder 6', and a stop instruction is generated by a stop instruction line 8. When the microprocessor 1' is stopped, an operation state display line 9 is set in the stop direction, and a bus switch 4' is shifted to the side of the microprocessor 2'. Subsequently, when use of said memory ends, it is released automatically, the processing started continuously from the state before stopping, and accordingly, it is unnecessary to provide a priority circuit in particular.
