PURPOSE:To obtain a speaker which has stable quality and high performance by facilitating the assembly of the 1st and 2nd plane diaphragms to a voice coil by arranging the 1st and 2nd plane diaphragm at the external and internal circumferential parts of a base for the voice coil respectively. CONSTITUTION:The 1st annular plane diaphragm 1a is stuck to the external circumferential part of a base 9 for a voice coil 3, and the 2nd discoidal plane diaphragm 1b is stuck to the internal circumferential part of the base 9. The end part of the diaphragm 1a is stuck to a frame 5 through an edge 2, the base 9 is stuck to the frame 5 by a spider 4, and a magnetic circuit 6 is arranged inside of the voice coil 3. An assmbling jig 8 is used to facilitate the assembly of the voice coil 3 and diaphragm 1a, and then the assembly of the diaphragm 1b by sticking is performed easily. The diaphragms 1a and 1b are made in one to operate as one discoidal diaphragm, and the diameter of the voice coil 3 is set to a diameter which corresponds to the position of the node of primary split vibration generated by the diaphragm.
