Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the disorder of directional characteristics and to improve mass productivity by bonding a dome-shaped diaphragm on the upper surface of a plane baffle plate. CONSTITUTION:In a baffle plate 15 which is flat and has a through-hole 12 in the center and holes 13 and 14 at peripheral points, a jig 17 which has an annular positioning piece 16 projecting from the reverse surface is fitted, and the outer circumference of a dome-shaped baffle diaphragm 19 having a coupled voice coil 18 is positioned at the inner circumference of the jig 17 to bond the diaphragm 19 on the baffle plate 15. On a plate 21 having a center pole 20, a magnet 22 is bonded, and a plate 23 is positioned with a gap gauge 24 and bonded to assemble a magnetic circuit 25. The gauge 24 is removed and the projection 16 of the jig is inserted into a hole 27 of the plate 23; and the baffle plate 15 is coupled by using a screw 28, and the jig 17 is detached. In this constitution, the baffle plate is obtained by being punched and the dome-shaped diaphragm is bonded on the flat plate, so the disorder of directivity is eliminated and an oscillation system and magnetic circuit are assembled in parallel, thereby improving productivity.
