CONSTITUTION:Ring-shaped plate 1 is used as a diaphragm and to its primary-axis symmetrical split resonance, voice coil 2 is fitted and then driven by magnetic circuit part 3. Since diaphragm 1 drives the node of the primary-axis symmetrical split resonance of the diaphragm without directivity, the node of an ordinary cylindrical voice coil can be driven and nearly-flat sound pressure-frequency characteristics can be obtained in a piston region until a secondary split resonance frequency.
