Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce higher harmonic distortion while increasing linearity of a vibration system by supporting either one of the internal circumference and external circumference of a ring-shaped diaphragm by a double-edge. CONSTITUTION:Wave type edge 2 is made into a single edge by being connected to the internal circumference of ring-shaped diaphragm 1, and wave and roll type edges 3 and 4 are made into a double-edge part by being connected to the external circumference of diaphragm 1. To voice coil 5 driving the vibration system, spider 6 is bonded. As a result, since the linearity of the vibration system improves, vibration-system rolling due to a short height-directional distance between the edge and spider is nearly eliminated, thereby realizing a speaker with little distortion.
