PURPOSE:To mix a left and a right signal, separated from a demodulated composite stereophonic signal, securely with simple circuit constitution by utilizing a couple of complementary transistors (TR) as a switching element. CONSTITUTION:Between transmission lines for a left and a right signal separated 4 from a demodulated composite sterophonic signal, a mixing circuit 17 and the collector-emitter path of a couple of complementary TRs 20 and 21 are connected in series while connected mutually through the emitters of the TRs 20 and 21. Then, control voltages differing in polarity from each other are applied to the bases of the TRs 20 and 21, which turns on or off simultaneously. When said TRs 20 and 21 turn on simultaneously, the left and right signal are mixed at least partially.
