CONSTITUTION:The first and the second channel selecting IC1, 2 have switching output terminals 1-16 respectively, and the switching output is led out to output terminals 1, 2...16 successively each time a shift pulse is input to the pulse input terminal. If one shift pulse is supplied to terminal 7 while the switching output is led out to output terminal 1 of the first channel selecting IC1, this shift pulse is supplied to channel selecting IC1 through OR gate circuit 5 and switching circuit 6, and at this time, the switching output is led out to output terminal 2. Thus, each time the shift pulse is supplied to terminal 7, the switching output is led out to output terminal 16 when shift pulses are supplied to output terminals 3 ...15 successively, and switching circuit 6 is switched to the channel selecting IC2 side, and the switching output is led out to output terminal 2 of channel selecting IC2.
