CONSTITUTION: An angle of attack obtained by Darius wind mill's blade 1 against a uniform air current V0 is to be constituted so that reciprocal speed W during one rotation of vane wheel and a torque changeable with variation of angle of attack α are set at the optimum. Therefore, a blade ring 3 connected with a blade 1 is variable to the direction α0 by a pitch ring 6 through the intermediary of pitch arm 5, and lift force and resisting force occurred on the blade 1 are conveyed to a rotary shaft 2 through a stay 4. Thus energy of the wind is converted to energy to rotate the rotary shaft 2 by the wind mill, and the blade fixing angle is made variable arbitrarily by up and down motion of the pitch ring 6. Efficiency of the wind mill can be improved as compared with the case that angle of attack of the blade is fixed because a torque of the wind mill is balanced with the angle of the blade 1 during its rotation.
