Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the composition for ceramic film wherein mechanical quality coefficient is low and characteristic density is high, by using the composition expressed by the general formula xPb(Y1/2Sb1/2)O3-yPbTiO3-zPbZrO3 (where x, y, and z are a mol ratio of each component), and specifying the mutual relationship of x, y, and z and each value.
CONSTITUTION: The composition which can be expressed by the general formula xPb(Y1/2Sb1/2)O3-yPbTiO3-zPbZrO3 (where x, y, and z are a mol ratio of each component and x+y+z=1.00,0.005≤x≤0.200,0.140≤y≤0.620,0.350≤z≤ 0.830) is used. The composition lies within the scope surrounded by a polygon A∼F shown in the Figure, and the values of x, y, and z at the vertexes of said polygon are as shown in the Table in the Figure, respectively.
