Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a porcelain composite which can be sintered at low temperature and has excellent characteristic by forming it with three-component-composite which contains PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, MgO and CoO in the specific range.
CONSTITUTION: The composite is one of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 system, and its composition is in the area surrounded by a hexagon ABCDEF in the diagram of three-component-composite. The oxide composition is 66.49W68.58 % of PbO, 0W10.88 % of Fe2O3, 20.79W27.2 % of Nb2O5, 0W 3.93 % of MgO and 0W6.33 % of CoO in weight percentage. The said composite can be obtained from PbO, Fe2O3, etc. as original materials, and can be sintered at low temperature of from 800° to 1000°C. The oxide composition on the line of two-component-composition in the diagram is excluded.
