Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution of a camera which makes fade-in fade-out, by switching the polarity of an electric power supply applied to a fade- out and fade-in time constant timer circuit via a mode selecting switch. CONSTITUTION:When a fade-mode selector switch SW1 is connected to contacts b1, b1' to make a fade-out mode, the power supply of a comparator COM1 is supplied through the contact b1, and when a charged potential at a point A of a time constant timer circuit consisting of a resistor R1 and a capacitor C1 is greater than a split voltage VF in proportion to the luminance of objective, the comparator COM1 is inverted to a low level, an LED lights and the fade-out end is displayed. On the other hand, when the switch SW1 is connected to contacts a1, a1' to make fade-in mode, the resistor R1 is grounded, the polarity of power supply applied to the timer circuit is switched, and the fade-in with the same time as the fade-out due to discharge is made, allowing to simplify the circuit constitution of a camera making fade-in/fade-out.
