When the signal phi34 is at low potential and the phi33 is at high potential, a capacitor C31 is charged through the MOSFETs Q32, Q33, and the node N31 is at a value of power supply potential subtracted by a threshold value. When the signal phi35 is at low potential, a capacitor C32 is charged to a potential of power supply subtracted by the threshold potential, and when the signal phi35 is at high potential, the potential of the node N31 is increased to a power supply potential or more via a MOSFETQ35.
