Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate a potential at power supply potential or more for a long time as a high potential, by applying a clock signal to the drain of an MOSFET the source of which is connected to an output terminal via a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When signals phi31, phi32 are at low potential and signals phi32, phi34 are at high potential, MOSFETs Q32, Q34 are conductive and nodes N31, N32 are at zero potential. When the signal phi34 is at low potential and the phi33 is at high potential, a capacitor C31 is charged through the MOSFETs Q32, Q33, and the node N31 is at a value of power supply potential subtracted by a threshold value. When the signal phi35 is at low potential, a capacitor C32 is charged to a potential of power supply subtracted by the threshold potential, and when the signal phi35 is at high potential, the potential of the node N31 is increased to a power supply potential or more via a MOSFETQ35.
