Abstract
PURPOSE:To assure the flow of controlled fluid without delay to the flow change of a reference flow, by controlling the flow of controlled fluid through the addition of the deviation between the flow set value and the flow measuring value of the reference fluid to the flow set value of controlled fluid. CONSTITUTION:In conventional control, a delay in flow change between a controlled fluid and a reference fluid caused without fail can be compensated at first. That is, compensation is made by adding the deviation between the flow set value SV of the reference fluid and flow measurement value PV to the deviation between the low set value SV of the controlled fluid and the flow measuring value PV. Thus, the flow MV of the controlled fluid can be changed in advance with the deviation changing the flow of the reference fluid and the timing. The deviation of the reference fluid is at first greater and it becomes smaller when the flow set value SV of the reference fluid closes to the flow measuring value PV. The flow of the controlled fluid against the reference fluid at a transient state can be compensated by setting a flow rate R1 without delay to the reference fluid.
