Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for enhancing the accuracy of a fuel control valve, by providing a pressure regulator on the downstream side of the fuel control valve in a fuel supply passage connecting to a carburetor.
CONSTITUTION: An air control valve 15 in a bypass passage 5 attached to an intake passage 2 and a needle 16 provided in a passage 10 associated with a fuel tank 13 are controlled relatively to each other by a solenoid device 17 put under control of CPU8. That is, it is constituted in such a way that fuel supply is increased as a flow rate of air is decreased. Fuel in the fuel tank 13 is led to the fuel control valve 16 via a pump 12 and a pressure regulator 11, while a pressure difference between the pressure regulator 11 and a fuel pressure regulator 20 is lessened by the provision of the fuel pressure regulator 20. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to enhance the accuracy of the fuel control valve 16 and an orifice 16A so much.
