Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the accuracy of the amount of fuel against that of air over a wide range by a method wherein the pressure within an air supply passage is sent to a constant mixture ratio unit to supply fuel in proportion to the pressure of combustion air. CONSTITUTION:The pressures within the air supply passage 16 and at the throttling part of a venturi are respectively through pressure transmission pipes 23 and 24 to the constant mixture ratio unit 21 which controls the amount of fuel supplied through a fuel inlet 22 from a pump corresponding to the amount of combustion air. According to the method described above, the fuel can be supplied in proportion to the pressure of combustion air and as a result the accuracy of the amount of fuel against that of air can be heightened over a wide range.
