The input information is made to branch into two by a channel switching and branching circuit 41 of the device 4, and each of them passes through communication control devices 5, 6, is inputted to electronic computers 8, 9, respectively, through a multisystem configuration device 7, and a processing execution response output of the computers 8, 9 is returned to the circuit 41. In case when a system used for data communication is the computer 8 side, this command is inputted to the circuit 41 through an interface controlling circuit 42. The circuit 41 returns the response output of the computer 8 to the channel 2 through the device 3.
