CONSTITUTION:The measuring plate is so arranged as to be moved and disposed to the position shown by 10a witin the visual field in front of a scanner 1 during inspection of sensitivity and disposed in the position shown by 10b outside the visual field while in ordinary use. The measuring plate in this invention is for changing the incident power of a detector 3 according to the scanning position of the scanner 1 by utilizing a narcissus phenomenon and is provided within an IR video device. Since in this way the measuring plate is disposed within the visual field in front of the scanner only during the inspection of sensitivity, the inspection of sensitivity is accomplished easily by the device per se, and the ease of maintenance and service in devices or the like mounted in aircrafts or vessels is improved.
