Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize thermal energy of air wasted from an exhaust duct, by thermally connecting with a heat pipe the heat exchanger in the upstream of an air conditioner in a blower duct and the heat exchanger in the exhaust duct. CONSTITUTION:The second heat exchanger 19 in the upstream of air conditioners 8, 9 in a blower duct 3 and the first heat exchanger 12 in an exhaust duct 11 are thermally connected by a heat pipe 13. In this way, a large difference of temperature is not caused between the both heat exchangers 12, 19, at room cooling operation in summer time when temperature of air in a car room 5 is lower than that of the outside air, the first heat exchanger 12 is cooled by exhausted air simultaneously the second heat exchanger 19 cools introduced air. ON the contrary, at room heating operation in winter time, the first heat exchanger 12 is heated by exhausted air simultaneously the second heat exchanger 19 heats introduced air.
