Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase an average transmission speed, by adding a dummy code to transmission information in order to compensate a difference, when a transmission speed of transmission information is shorter than a time required for recording its information itself. CONSTITUTION:A transmission signal outputted from an encoding synthetic part of a communication equipment is delayed by an EOL (synchronizing information) code portion in a delaying circuit 41 of a dummy code adding part 3, and after that, is synchronized with a tranismission synchronizing clock SCLK and is sent in order to a transmission part. When it is detected in an operation circuit 39 that code length of the transmission signal is shorter than code length corresponding to a 1 line recording time, a dummy code is sent out from a dummy code generating circuit 40. Subsequently, when time has elapsed by a difference of the code length derived in the operating circuit 39, a transmission signal of the next line is sent out from a buffer circuit. In this way, the dummy code is inserted.
