Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable proper operation even under the abnormality of the internal line of a controller, by providing three speed detectors and three speed control sections for a turbine and supplying the intermediate value signal of a stage to the following stage through an intermediate value selection circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Three speed detectors 5 and three speed control sections 2 are provided. Intermediate value selection circuits 10, 11 are provided in front of the speed control sections 2 and valve opening degree control sections 3. The signals bm of the intermediate values of actual speed signals b1Wb3 transmitted from the three speed detectors 5 are supplied to the speed control sections 2. The signals Cm of the intermediate values of three valve opening degree command signals C1WC3 transmitted from the three speed control sections 2 are supplied to the valve opening degree control sections 3. According to this constitution, a turbine can be properly operated even if either a high abnormality signal on a low abnormality signal is generated due to the single trouble of the speed detector 5 or the speed control section 2. Therefore, the reliability is heightened.
