Abstract
PURPOSE:To make assembling easy, to achieve mass-production, and to increase the accuracy, by making a rear cutting process, after providing grooves of each two bond bars bonding U and I bars made of ferromagnetic substance material via a nonmagnetic substance gap in parallel and burying the nonmagnetic member in one body. CONSTITUTION:A U-bar 10 and an I-bar 11 made of ferromagnetic member are bonded in one body via a nonmagnetic substance gap 12 to form a bond bar. One set of two bond bars are prepared; one is used for readout/write-in bond bar 13a and the other is for erasing bond bar 13b, respectively. The R/W bond bar 13a and the E bond bar 13b are provided with a plurality of grooves from I to U bar in parallel, and a nonmagnetic substance member 14 is implanted. The two bond bars 13a, 13b are bonded in one body via a nonmagnetic substance spacer 15 at a position that the nonmagnetic substance member and a magnetic substance member of body I bars can be opposited to each other. Next, as shown in a virtual line, rear notch processing is made to the bar block. After the rear notch forming, fine cutting is made at the center of the nonmagnetic substance burying location of the R/W bond bar 13a, then the R/W core and the E core are preformed as a core 20.
