Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing process and to enhance machining accuracy by forming at least a part of the ink jetting print head with resin wherein bridging reaction is performed by light, and constituting it by members which are contacted with an ink pressure chamber and an ink supply path. CONSTITUTION:Light sensitive resin such as light sensitive nylon having light bridging property is bonded on a substrate 1 of the print head such as metal plate by an epoxy bonding agent. Then, a mask 3 is applied on the light sensitive resin 2, and ultraviolet ray 4 is irradiated on a resin layer 2. Thereafter, the parts of light sensitive resin 2, which correspond to the ink pressure chamber and the ink supply chamber and which have received the irradiation of the ultraviolet ray, are washed by alkali aqueous solution 5 of pH11-13, and etching is performed. After the washing with water, the exposure is performed again. Then an epoxy plate and the like are attached on the plate, a piezoelectric transducer is attached to the part corresponding to the pressure chamber, and an ink supply pipe and a nozzle plate are attached. Thus the print head is constituted.
