At that time, electrical currents flows through the transistors 7, 7' and a contact 6' is closed so that a headlight 4 or a taillight 4' is automatically turned on although a manual switch 3 is not used. When the ambience has lightened beyoned a prescribed luminous intensity, the resistance of the photosensitive element 15 becomes zero and the transistors 7, 7' are put out of operation so that the lights 4, 4' are automatically turned off.
