Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the control of fluid with excellent control and response properties plus high accuracy, by giving the air dilution to the pressure which is set with a constant pressure valve at a prescribed level by means of an electromagnetic valve which works in response to a pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure signal is led into a negative pressure working chamber 15 through a negative pressure path 16. The path 16 is connected to an air inhaling path 3 at the downstream of a throttle valve 2 by a constant pressure valve 17 and a negative pressure path 16a. Thus the engine sucking negative pressure is controlled to a prescribed level with the valve 17. At the same time, a valve body 19a of an electromagnetic valve 19 which is constantly closed is sucked upward against a spring 19c by the electric supply of a solenoid 19b to open an air guide path 18. Then the valve 19 is repetitively opened and closed by the pressure or absence of the output pulse given from a microcomputer 20 which functions as a controller. Thus the ratio of air dilution is changed for the negative pressure led into the chamber 15, and accordingly the opening of a control valve 11 is controlled.
