Abstract
PURPOSE: To diffuse sunlight with a given lux to a culture solution of a microorganism, e.g., Chlorella, etc., by condensing sunlight using a light condenser, e.g., reflector, etc. into a condensed sunlight with a given lux, removing heat radiation, diffusing it into a light diffusion device by a light distributor.
CONSTITUTION: The sunlight 1 is condensed by the light condenser 2, e.g., reflector, frennel lens, etc. into the condensed sunlight 3 having ≥1,000,000 lux. Heat radiation of the condensed sunlight 3 is removed by the removing device 4 for heat radiation, e.g. spectrograph, heat radiation filter, etc. to give the condensed sunlight 5 having no heat radiation, which is adjusted to parallel light by the light path adjustor 6. The adjusted luminous flux 7 is introduced to the light distributor 9 by the optical fiber 8, and distributed to the light diffusion device 10, e.g., glass rod, glass plate, etc. The light diffusion device 10 has been immersed in the culture solution 12, the irradiation light 14 with about 1,000W50,000 lux is diffused to the microorganism 11, e.g., Cholorella, etc.
