Abstract
PURPOSE: To irradiate the places where there is no sunshine by the solar light by leading the solar incident light from a light receiving cylinder provided with a condensing lens at the upper opening of a conical sylinder and a glass fiber bundle in the lower part downward by a refractive light giude pipe provided with reflecting mirrors or optical fiber bundle.
CONSTITUTION: A condensing lens 1 is provided in the upper part of a conical light receiving cylinder 2 provided with a flange and a glass fiber bundle 3 is provided in the lower part. The solar light from above is condensed by the lens 1, is given directivity by passing through a photoconductor 3, is refected by a reflecting mirror 4 provided with heat radiating fins (f), enters a lighting device 7 via a light guide pipe 5, a reflecting mirror 4' and a light guide pipe 5', and lights below via a diffusion lens 8. It is also possible to connect the light receiving cylinder 12 and the lighting device 17 by means of an optical fiber cable 15. The light guide pipes 5, 5', or optical fiber bundle 15 may be branched on the way and a plurality of lighting devices 7, 17 provided. Thereby, the places where there is no sunshine may be irradiated by the solar light.
