CONSTITUTION:Normally, the high level signal of a separately provided power source detector 12 is inputted to AND gates 3, 7, and the output signal of the fore-stage is passed therethrough. In addition, an emergency storage battery 14 is installed in parallel with a normal electric power source 13. Hence, despite the occurrence of power service interruption or the like, power is supplied by the battery 14, and therefore the annihilation of the data in a frequency dividing counter 4 and a preset counter 8 just prior to the service interruption is obviated; moreover, the output of the detector 12 goes to the low level and closes the gate 3; hence, the counter 4 and an FF circuit 5 continue to maintain the state just prior to the service interruption and further the gate 7 is closed to maintain the state just prior to the service interruption. Thereby, the activity of the developing soln. is maintained at the standard value.
