Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a transmission device for power line where the circuit constitution is simple and the number of parts is small, by replacing signal taking-out and holding circuits with a maximum value holding circuit and an open drain FET of a one-chip microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The pulse signal superposed onto an AC current is extracted by a by-pass filter 23 and is restrained within a prescribed level through a clipper 25 and is inputted to a maximum value holding circuit 33. The AC current is connected to a generating circuit 36 for pulse synchronized with a power source, and a synchronizing pulse is taken out from the AC current and is sent to a counter part 45 of a one-chip microcomputer. In the one-chip microcomputer, a DCIS signal having a constant time relation to the synchronizing pulse is generated to control the gate of an FET47. The FET47 is opened for ''0'' of the CDIS signal and is short-circuited for ''1'' of the CDIS signal, and an output as shown in figure (c) appears in the output of the maximum value holding circuit 33, and the signal is read at a time t2 by the one-chip microcomputer.
