Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve timer monitoring, by counting response delay time of each terminal at initialing and setting the response time value of each terminal to a table based on the delay time. The controller 1 is provided with a processor 4, fixed program memory 5, timer 6, readout and write-in memory 8, transmission section 10, timer table block 12 and additional program memory 13. At initializing, after a pattern determined from the controller 1 to a terminal is transmitted with the start of the additional program 13, an interrupting signal 7 from the timer 6 is counted at a timer counter in the timer table block 12, and the pattern from the terminal is received and the count is stopped and set to the timer table 12. Based on the response time set to this timer table, the monitoring for further operation is made, allowing to make timer monitoring per each terminal.
