Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a heat exchange and to make it light in weight, by producing a tube in such a manner that a corrugated inner fin is sandwitched between two halves of a plate-like flattened pipe. CONSTITUTION:The halves 7 of a plate-like flattened pipe are formed, and the corrugated inner fine 8 is sandwitched between the two halves 7 to form a tube. Accordingly, since because of the use of the plate, a plate thinner than an extruded member can be employed, the tube can be made light in weight, and the processing of the plate surface can be made more freely, further since working for improving the coefficient of heat transfer can be possible, the performance of the heat exchanger can be improved.
