CONSTITUTION: Fine tubes 4 are passed through flat plate fins 2 in parallel with heat transmitting tubes 1, and fixedly contacted with the fins by hydraulic or mechanically expanded tubes. Since the tubes 4 are fixedly contacted with the fins 2, heat transmitted from gas to the tubes 4 is transmitted through the fins 2 and rising collars 3 to the tubes 1 so that the tubes 4 operate as expanded heat transmitting surfaces. That is, a number of tubes 4 are provided to thereby increase the heat transmitting area around the heat transmitting tubes.
