Further, to the part of conductive rubber only, terminals 2', 3', 4' are laminated and the input lead terminal 2'', output lead terminal 4'' and ground lead terminal 3'' are respectively overlapped. Then, each lead terminal is pressed. Thus, without requiring the process of bad workability such as soldering, and without peeling off of the electrodes, the filter of multielement excellent in shock- and vibration-resistance can be obtained.
