CONSTITUTION:When a spool 1 is in a neutral position and the high pressure oil flowing into the P port on one side flows into the pilot pressure chamber 8 through an orifice 20, the spool 1 is moved to the right direction in the figure. When the spool 1 moves to the right and the inside of a damping chamber 11 surpasses the set pressure of a free piston 15 at the stroke S2, said free piston 15 accumulates the oil in the fixed damping chamber 11 for obtaining the fixed damping effect. And even when the spool 1 moves to the left, substantially the same result as in the state at the time of moving to the right can be obtained.
