Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the molding cost by squeezing a part of a parison in a separate space from a closed space for molding a hollow body to mold a sold projection as flown thereinto when the parison is expanded. CONSTITUTION:A parison 2 is introduced into a closed space 12, a condition under which a groove 4a is communicated to a closed space 12. A primary blowing pressure expands the parison freely in the closed space 12 in such a manner that a part of the parison is expanded freely into the groove 4a. A slide core 6 advances with an air cylinder to squeeze the parison thus expanded at the tip thereof 6. This molds a sold mounting bracket 11 between a notched section 6a and the bottom of the groove 4a as integral connected to a hollow body 10 in the closed space 12. Thereafter, a secondary pressure blowing is made at a normal level to blow mold the hollow body 10 in a final desired shape.
