Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the radical change of magnetic flux to be caused by the passing of the armature winding over the stator permanent magnet and to reduce the noise of the flat type magnet motor by a method wherein a ferromagnetic powder is mixed in a resin in order to adhere and fix the armature winding in the flat type. CONSTITUTION:The ferromagnetic material like iron powder, etc., is mixed in the resin to form the flat armature 1 adhering and fixing the armature winding 9, and a magnetic path 12 is formed also inside of the armature 1. Accordingly the radical change of magnetic flux in a magnetic path 11 of a bracket 5a to be caused by the passing of the conductor 9a, etc., over the magnet 6 can be mitigated, and the vibration and the noise of the motor can be reduced.
