Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the production of scratch on a finishing surface of a coated surface even if a taking-in work on a sander-finished or coated laminar material is performed mechanically, by a method wherein, when the heaped materials are taken-in or piled up, a device is constituted such that the heaped materials are prevented from being rubbed by each other.

CONSTITUTION: A square lift shelf 4 is supported by means of a longitudinal guide 1, and a lifting member 7 is connected to the shelf 4. A bar shelf 19 is then moved vertically by means of an adjusting member 20, and after the upper surface of the bar shelf is adjusted to a feeding surface 27 of a heaped material 13 placed on a processing machine in a preceding process, the shelf 4 is raised up to the bottom of of the shelf 19 to feed out the heaped material 13 to the shelf 19 from the processing machine. Thus, when the front edge of the heaped material 13 on the shelf 19 makes contact with a detector 12, the detector 12, simultaneously, detects feeding-in of the heaped material 13, the shelf 19 moves from the upper position of the shelf 14 to the rear thereof through starting of a movement member 28, and thereby the heaped material 13 placed on the shelf 19 moves together with the shelf 19 until it contacts checking parts 32. This prevents the production of scratch on a finishing surface or other surfaces even if taking-in work for the heaped material is conducted mechanically.
