Abstract

PURPOSE:To take out and remove a cut piece full-automatically, by providing a cut piece taking-out device which is capable of freely supporting and dropping a cut piece, and moves on a plate material working machine, and inclinable table which is capable of freely supporting and dropping the cut piece, and a cut piece truck being freely movable, in order from the upper part. CONSTITUTION:Relating to a product and a cut piece which have been left on a turret lathe 15 by nibbling working of a punch press 1, in order to take out the latter, a working body 115 is stopped at the upper position of the cut piece by moving a taking-out device 17. The working body 115 which can be moved up and down, on a base body 101 is lowered through an arm 109, is lifted after adsorbing the cut piece, the device 17 is moved so that the cut piece comes on an inclinable table 53 of a carrying-out device 9, and the cut piece is dropped on the table 53 from the working body 115. Subsequently, the table 53 is inclined, the cut piece is slided, is dropped on a cut piece truck 55, and when the truck 55 is fully loaded with the cut piece, it is moved backward, and the cut piece is carried out by a fork lift, etc. in the direction as indicated with an arrow A.
