Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate high-speed die-matchig beofre high-pressure die-matching with little power by forming an oil tank space inside the ram of the die-matching device and fitting a prefill valve to the bottom plate of the ram.

CONSTITUTION: In order to perform the high-speed die-matching, oil is pressed from an oil pipe 21 into a cylinder 13 to push down a piston 16, thereby the prefill valve 18 is lowered below the opening 14 at the lower end and thus the oil tank space 8 inside the ram 5 is communicated with the inside space 15 of the cylinder 1. Under the condition, the oil inside the ram 5 readily enters the inside of the cylinder 1 for the high-pressure die-matching and concurrently air flows from a pipe 10 into the space 8 inside the ram 5. Therefore, a cylinder 25 for high speed is operated and a die plate 7 is elevated at high speed, whereby the die-matching is performed. When the high-pressure die-matching is performed, the oil is drained from the oil pipe 21, the prefill valve 18 is made to contact with the opening 14 under pressure to intercept the communication between the inside of the ram 5 and the inside of the cylinder 1, the high-pressure oil is supplied from a high-pressure oil supply pipe 4 into the cylinder 1 and the die plate 7 is at low speed and with high pressure, whereby the die-matching is performed.
