Abstract

PURPOSE: To make an accumulator unnecessary and make the equipment compact for a high pressure freezing casting equipment by operating a mold clamp plunger and injection plunger at high speed with an extending cylinder and controlling the operation speed.
CONSTITUTION: When a mold clamp is lowered at high speed in mold clamping process, pressure oil discharged from a pump 7 is supplied to small diameter side 9a of an extending cyliner and the extended pressure oil is discharged from the large diameter side cylinder 9b. Then, the oil enters into cylinder head side 4a in a mold clamp plunger 4 through valves 20, 21 and a mold clamp piston 5, and the plunger 4 descends at high speed along the piston 5. When injection is made, the pressure oil discharged from the pump 7 is supplied to the small diameter side 9a of the cylinder and increased pressure oil is discharged from the large diameter side 9b. Then, it is supplied to an injection cylinder 1 from an oiling port 37 through valves 22, 23 and pushes out an injection plunger 2 at high speed to perform high speed injection. The operation speed is controlled by a limit switch 32 and a pressure switch 33.
