Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the reciprocation of a piston without using electric means by respectively providing a small-capacity pilot cylinder on one side of a flow-switch valve set in a pressure circuit of a double-acting cylinder and a large-capacity pilot cylinder on another side.
CONSTITUTION: When a pump 14 is operated at the illustrated position of a flow- switch valve 16, pressurized oil is introduced into a cylinder chamber 12 of a duble- acting cylinder 10 to shift a piston 11 to the right. When the piston 11 passes an opening 21a of a pilot pipe line 21, as the pipe-line 21 being connected to the chamber 12, the pressurized oil in the chamber 12 is introduced into a small-capacity pilot cylinder 19 of the flow-switch valve 16 via the pipe line 21, and the spool of the valve 16 is shifted to the left for switching over. Thus, the pressurized oil is successively conducted through an inlet port SP, a port B, and a pipe-line 18 into a cylinder chamber 13 to shift the piston 11 to the left. When the piston 11 comes to the end on the left, a pilot switch valve 22 is switched over for switching over the valve 16 as well.
