AM detector 1 detects amplitude components of the PSK modulation wave, and this output is applied to bias circuit of multiplier 4 to control the bias of the multiplier according to amplitude components of the input PSK modulation wave. Consequently, the multiplication state of the multiplier becomes fixed, and the carrier wave of little residual amplitude components and residual phase inclination is obtained as the output of B.
