Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain natural sound without click noise, by changing the audio frequency signal into higher frequency with frequency conversion, removing noise energy via the filter by using it, and through automatic phase adjustment for the phase at signal joints.
CONSTITUTION: The audio signal in which the joint of signal is discontinuous in phase is inputted to the input terminals 1 and 21 and they are respectively fed to the balanced modulators 2 and 22. In this case, the signal from the carrier oscillator 4 having a given frequency is fed to the modulators 2 and 22 via the amplifier 5, to perform modulation to higher frequency. Next, the signal having the frequency modulated is fed to the electronic switch 8 via BPF3 and 23 to select the signal at the terminals 1 and 21 on the time of input. After that, the selected signal is fed to the voltage controlled phase shifter 9, BPF10, demodulator 14 and LPF15 in series as the audio output without click noise from the terminal 16.
