Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the coupling among a cylindrical cavity divided into two axially symmetrically, an oscillation part and a modulation part and to make it easy to adjust their coupling extent, by storing MIC substrates coupling with the cavity in a recess part provided at one side of the cavity. Then, load (theta) is easily set by varying the sizes of loops 14 and 15 and by shifting MIC substrates 12 and 13 in position.
