Abstract
PURPOSE:To perfectly suppress splash as the result of eliminating the need of electric welding, through such a new process as forming a metal plated film on a mesh ring and a welding ring, and holding a mesh sheet between them, being followed by the process of cold pressing for the purpose of sticking them together. CONSTITUTION:When the mesh sheet 12 of mesh ring 13 and welding ring 14 is held in advance between them, metal plating such as Cu plating etc. is applied to and forms those plated films 15 and 16 on the contact area between the sheet 12 and those rings. Mesh sheet 12 is supported between those rings, high pressure is applied to both rings 13, 14 in the direction of those arrows in order to execute cold pressing to stick them together. Each metal plated film 15, 16 is integrated with each other and both rings 13, 14 and mesh sheet 12 are stuck together. Thus, electric welding is not required at all in this process, enabling perfect suppression of splash.
